EV Connect Brand Exploration

Exploring a Future-Focused Brand Direction

This work represents one of several creative directions explored during the brand refresh process. While not the final selected direction, it helped inform strategic conversations and supported the client's evaluation of future brand possibilities.

As part of a broader brand refresh initiative, I developed an exploratory visual direction for EV Connect that supported the company's vision of making commercial EV charging more accessible, flexible, and scalable for businesses. The concept was created to help stakeholders evaluate new possibilities for the brand and explore how its visual identity could better communicate innovation and growth. EV Connect provides software, hardware, and services that help businesses deploy and manage commercial EV charging programs.

Working collaboratively with the project team, I explored how typography, color, imagery, layout, and graphic elements could come together to create a more modern and dynamic visual system. While this direction was ultimately not selected, it played an important role in the creative process by helping define the conversation, evaluate strategic options, and support the client's decision-making.

The exploration demonstrates my approach to creative problem-solving: generating thoughtful concepts that balance business objectives, user experience, and visual storytelling while providing clients with meaningful design directions to evaluate.
