TIAA Email Campaign
Transforming Complex Data into Clear Communication
Working in partnership with Said Differently, I supported TIAA on the development of an email campaign designed to communicate insights from a complex research report in a clear, engaging, and visually accessible way.
The challenge was to distill a significant amount of information into a format that could quickly capture attention while helping audiences understand key findings. Rather than relying on standard charts and graphs, the approach focused on creating custom data visualizations and visual storytelling elements that aligned with TIAA's established brand while creatively driving engagement.
Collaborating closely with the agency team, I translated research insights into a series of visual concepts, data-driven graphics, and responsive email designs optimized for both desktop and mobile experiences. The work balanced brand consistency, information hierarchy, and user experience to ensure the detailed data could be understood at a glance.
The result was a visually engaging communication piece that transformed dense content into a more accessible and compelling experience for TIAA's audience.
